Ordering
All orders placed on D555.CO.UK are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.
Delivery
Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. While we aim to meet all delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
D555 Unlimited subscriptions apply to Mainland UK standard delivery only and are subject to separate subscription terms.
Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, including the original invoice. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Returns are not free, and postage costs are non refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Customers must email sales@d555.co.uk with their order number and tracking details after sending a return to help speed up processing.
Klarna
Klarna allows you to shop now and pay later. Klarna’s payment options are subject to eligibility and Klarna’s own terms and conditions. Late payments may affect your ability to use Klarna in the future.
